Chrissy K. McVay

'Souls of the North Wind' is her first novel and won a 'Silver' Award in the 2005 ForeWord Magazine's Book of the Year Awards.  She loves hiking in the mountains of Western North Carolina where she lives with her family, which includes two golden retrievers.  She is currently working on her second novel, 'Only Eagles Know My Name' which is tentatively scheduled for release in July 2007.
